Brad meant well when he said this, but to me … it was like sticking a hot stake into my eye!

Blood sugars are THE single most important health number for diabetics, IF you eat like me… mainly fatty meats, leafy green vegetables, eggs, coconut oil and butter…
I live very much like a non-diabetic ….
I THRIVE and not ‘just’ survive.

At least in the eyes of Eric Savage, through the years I’ve done a lot of science. I guess that makes me a … scientist … :)
After my Diabetes Diagnosis … I started doing what I could do comfortably, and tried to do a little more each day.
When I first began doing push ups … I could only do 7 in a row.
Achieving this goal … pretty much sums up who I am. I am certainly not the strongest guy around, far from it. But when I set a goal… I do not QUIT!
… practically everyone who is reading this post could achieve EVERYTHING that I have achieved.
You simply need to do what I did… start.
Every single test of potato starch that I’ve done has been successful.
I am about to gear back up for more tests too… so stay tuned.
I’ve been asking this question a lot lately … having seen my results, if you are not using potato starch… why not?
