Exercise Updates
These challenges are requiring a great deal of effort. So much so… I’m not performing any other exercises but those in the challenge. No pull ups, sprints nor curls/rows etc… not until the Challenge is over.
Below is a daily exercise summary… notice I have NOT had a day off since February… that’s not healthy and it’s definitely not primal. However, it’s only for a month and if I can finish a day well ahead of schedule… I’ll take a rest day.
This picture below is an overal summary
Note: At the halfway point… I am ahead of goal in Squats, Jumping Jacks and Push Ups … but behind in KB Swings and Sit Ups.
All this…without a rest day.
All in all it has truly been a CHALLENGE but barring an injury I should accomplish my goals.
