** If you are new to my blog… keep this in mind. I am a 49.8 year old, formerly obese diabetic. I now have normal blood sugar and I take -0- drugs, -0- insulin. :)

One of my many Frittatas … I rarely go a week without eating one. So simple, so versatile … so D-LISH!!
Here’s my recipe but you can add anything you like…. as long as it’s PRIMAL of course. :)
Eggs and “Roast Beef” … that’s all I’m saying. :)
Exercise Update
Exercise Notes:
1) I have achieved my goals for both Jumping Jacks and Push Ups…. for the first time I feel good about achieving all of my goals. I can now concentrate on the three remaining exercise goals.
2) I DETEST, HATE … LOATHE doing SIT UPS… yet I’ve done 3,583 this month, as of 3/22/11. Set a goal and do your best!!!
* In March, I’ve never exceeded 60 minutes of exercise per day.
** Typical Workout time is 20 – 45 minutes per day. I try to workout 2-3 times per day using 15-20 minute workout lengths.
