I have several posts on making ‘low carb’ primal chili … so I won’t go over it here.

I made a huge pot of chili yesterday and had plenty of leftovers ready for use. :)

Steps
1. Braise Chicken, in this case drum sticks but any chicken parts would work. :)
Primary lubricant was leftover ground beef fat left in the skillet from making chili yesterday, but ANY saturated fat would work fine including butter, lard or coconut oil. I cooked these chicken drumsticks 10 minutes on each side.
2. Turn after 10 minutes and cook for additional 10 minutes.
3. Add chili after 20 minutes of total cook time. I added paprika, red pepper and Tony Chachere’s at this point. :)
4. Cook for 5 minutes and turn to help the chili permeate the meat. :)

Looks wonderful! Wish I could get coconut oil here, but I can’t.
Thanks Keith! :) There are online deals that are very competitive… even including shipping. I’ll holla next time I see one. :)
