If you have reached a weight-loss or fat-loss stall, give it a try. You have nothing to lose… but the fat. :)
This is almost effortless weight/fat loss.

I am eating meat, losing fat… and drinking a little wine. I can have my wine…and fat loss too. :)
Try it for 30 days! It just might change your life. It may not be for you, but there is ONLY ONE WAY to find out. Try it.
My body is responding extremely well to a ‘full-carnivore’ diet. I see no reason to quit … so I won’t. :)
As my blood sugars began trending lower, my excitement began growing that my body was adapting to the all-animal based diet. Not even I expected the fasting numbers of the past five days!
If you want to graze, and spend the rest of your life in a downward health spiral taking more and more drugs… and requiring more and more medical industry services… BY ALL MEANS GRAZE!
But if you want to thrive, and truly start LIVING!
Eat a truly low carb paleo meal plan.
We DO NOT need plants to survive nor thrive!
I no longer desire the flesh of plants!
If you do not believe, some of your best days are ahead, then you are ‘doing it wrong’.
My workouts have not suffered, energy levels remaining high.
My blood sugars are normal, for non-diabetics.
I feel mighty fine, as a full-carnivore, do I dine. :)

I had many fantastic memories that I will cherish forever. I hope to re-attempt this adventure in the future…

The adventure will begin in less than three weeks. Make no mistake, I am going! :) I have bought the non-refundable ticket.
“Best thing was, I skipped my Metformin last night. So happy this morning it was 5.7 (102 mg). Great improvement. Can’t thank you enough.”
… FREEDOM! Freedom from diabetes drugs!
I hope you will agree that I am THRIVING with diabetes.
Diabetes does NOT have to be a debilitating disease, it does NOT.
As I like to say I am ‘Thriving! Not just surviving”.
What more could YOU ask for? Improves blood cholesterol profile, helps reduce fat …and helps control blood sugars. Coconut oil is truly diabetic friendly.
I love big butts! … Boston butts that is. :) Fatty meats are the cornerstone to my diabetes diet.
