Day in the Life: Primal Diabetic
I love the way I eat.
I love the way I play.
I love the way I live!
I am NEVER going back to the way I use to eat and live… NEVER!
I love the way I eat.
I love the way I play.
I love the way I live!
I am NEVER going back to the way I use to eat and live… NEVER!
EVERYTHING we do is an experiment. Everything.
YOU are the results of all that you have done up to this point.
I urge you to pay attention to your experiment and try to improve your blood sugars, your health and your fitness. You will be glad you did. :)
A post … mainly pictures of a ‘day in the life’ of a successful diabetic … me. :)
This post revolves around my latest experiment and achieving my target blood sugars.
We are all experiments! Which reminds me of this quote by Eric Savage of MythBusters.
“Remember kids, the only difference between screwing around and science… is writing it down.”
At least in the eyes of Eric Savage, through the years I’ve done a lot of science. I guess that makes me a … scientist … :)
We all have challenges in our lives. Question everything and keep searching and testing… keep STRIVING to improve your health and fitness… I do.
Every single test of potato starch that I’ve done has been successful.
I am about to gear back up for more tests too… so stay tuned.
I’ve been asking this question a lot lately … having seen my results, if you are not using potato starch… why not?
